Team Coaching & The Blue Mind

Humans are naturally drawn to water. It’s believed that the connection is rooted in evolution, as the sea is our origin and water has always been essential for survival. Studies show that the sight and sound of water taps into the restorative power of water environments which enhances emotional clarity, a concept known as the “blue mind”. Coaching teams near or on water can help them focus on the “now” bringing increased togetherness and effectiveness. Coaching teams on water can be combined with sailing team building activities, where teams will need to work closely together, inspiring interdependency, and increased togetherness.

Team Bridging & Reducing Silos
